Recommend replacement., Previous repairs to metal roof noted Tar patches will need regular maintenance to remain leak free. Small Hole in metal roof observed. Recommend repair. Metal roof will need repainted to prevent rusting.

5. Defective Chimney: Brick - Mortar missing Chimney needs to have tuck point repairs done.
6. Marginal Flue/Flue Cap: Brick - Add rain and snow cap and screen to keep birds out
7. Defective Chimney Flashing: Aluminum/Asphalt - Loose flashing on all 3 chimneys. Recommend repair.
West Chimney
8. Marginal Chimney: Brick - Unused chimney should have weather tight cover installed
9. Marginal Flue/Flue Cap: Brick - Add rain and snow cap
10. Marginal Chimney Flashing: Aluminum/Asphalt - Loose flashing on all 3 chimneys. Recommend repair.

15. Defective Gutters: Built in gutters and aluminum - Aluminum gutters in need of repair in several areas, leaking seams Built in gutters need resealing in several areas, cracked tar noted. Gutters need clearing of leaves and other debris.
