1. Marginal Type: Brick, wood and possible asbestos - Recommend sealing cracks in bricks and mortar. Missing mortar. Recommend tuck-pointing as needed or consult with a mason for repairs, Minor damage to wood siding. Repair as needed to seal out weather. Minor damage to asbestos siding. Recommend repair and paint as needed. Wood siding in contact with soil. Recommend raking back to expose 6-8" of foundation if possible
2. Marginal Trim: Vinyl/Wood - Wood rot present at window trim and door trim. Recommend repairs. Shutters not secured. Recommend repair.
3. Marginal Fascia: Wood - Damaged fascia in several areas. Recommend repair and paint.
4. Marginal Soffits: Wood - Damaged soffit in several areas. Recommend repair.
5. Defective Entry Doors: Wood - Front balcony door is split and not secure. Recommend replacement.
6. Marginal Windows: Wood double hung, woo casement - Cracked, broken or missing glass. Recommend repair. Wood rot noted in sill. Recommend repair.
7. Marginal Storm Windows: Aluminum single pane - Storm window is cracked. Recommend repair
8. Marginal Window Screens: Metal - Missing window screens were noted
9. Marginal Basement Windows: Wood casement
10. Acceptable Exterior Lighting: Surface mount
11. Not Inspected Hose Bibs: Rotary
12. Acceptable Gas Meter: Exterior surface mount at side of home - The gas line entry point should be sealed
13. Acceptable Main Gas Valve: Located at gas meter
